About Me
Spending my childhood summers on Nantucket Island I grew up with a profound appreciation for the beauty such a small community encapsulates. After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan I studied for years in restaurants and bakeries until finally returning to my favorite place, Nantucket Island.
ACK Supper Club was created in the summer of 2019. Over grilled oysters, Paella, and a spliff rolled with local bud on a Madaket Patio.
ACK Supper Club is a Nantucket Island-based business focused on catering to an exclusive market of clientele interested in cannabis-infused cuisine. Using beautiful locally sourced ingredients paired with cannabis terpene profiles to accentuate every flavor, Ack supper club brings an experience through food like no other. With both private dinners and events along with custom baked goods, we offer a service that’s unforgettable.
