About Me
Spending my childhood summers on Nantucket Island I grew up with a profound appreciation for the beauty such a small community encapsulates. After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan I studied for years in restaurants and bakeries until finally returning to my favorite place, Nantucket Island.
ACK Supper Club was created in the summer of 2019. Over grilled oysters, Paella, and a spliff rolled with local bud on a Madaket Patio.

Using beautiful locally sourced ingredients paired with cannabis terpene profiles to accentuate every flavor, Ack supper club brings an experience through food like no other.
